Our story

Connec8 was founded in 2025 by Syed Naqvi, a product leader with 19 years of experience building and shipping SaaS products across fintech, hospitality, telecoms, AdTech, and recruitment.

After years of leading AI product strategy and product delivery at companies like Gousto, TVbeat, and Virgin Media — and founding and scaling a startup from zero to 250+ business customers — Syed saw the same pattern repeating across the industry: mid-market SaaS companies knew they needed AI in their products, but had no one who could figure out what to build, why it mattered commercially, and how to ship it quickly.

Connec8 was built to fill that gap. We assembled a team of senior practitioners across product strategy, AI engineering, full-stack software development, and enterprise infrastructure — people who have built, shipped, and scaled products across some of the most demanding industries in the UK and internationally.
